Fulfillment of Services
At SimplySearch, our services begin after payment has been received. Each payment covers the upcoming 30-day service cycle from the invoice date—not the calendar month.
Our deliverables may include, but are not limited to:
- SEO and advertising services
- Website design and development
- Reputation management
- Social media management
- Reporting and analytics
To ensure successful delivery, client participation is essential. We require timely:
- Communication and availability
- Approval of deliverables
- Provision of materials and access
- Responsiveness during revision rounds
Web Design Timelines & Revisions
All web projects include three rounds of revisions:
- Design & layout
- Content & images
- Functionality
Each round has a 30-day feedback window. If no feedback is received within this window, revisions will be billed at $150/hour. Major redesign requests beyond the original scope are also billed at $150/hour. We may pause a project or withhold the website launch if feedback is delayed or balances remain unpaid.
Payment Terms
All invoices are due within 5 calendar days of receipt. A 10% late fee applies on the 6th day. If payment is not received by the 7th day, the account will be paused and a $500 reinstatement fee will apply.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card (via secure portal)
- ACH transfer
- eChecks (email to smawji@simplysearch.com)
Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All payments are final and apply to the upcoming month of service or project deliverables.
- Canceling mid-cycle or pre-paying for a month does not entitle you to a refund.
- A 30-day cancellation notice is required via email, and payment is due for that notice period.
- Results are not guaranteed—our fees cover the work performed, not performance outcomes.
Cancellation & Handoff
To cancel services, clients must provide 30 days written notice. During this time:
- All outstanding balances must be paid in full.
- Any required access or file requests must be submitted during the 30-day notice window.
Requests made after the 30-day period will incur a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations for non-performance are not permitted if the client has failed to meet their communication or participation obligations.
